Every job, one record.
Pixel Dispatch runs it.

However work finds you, it becomes one job record — a lead, a scheduled crew, a punch list, a paid invoice, and a five-star follow-up. The whole business runs on that record, not on five disconnected tools.

JOB-0147 · Listing shoot — 214 Mountain Ridge Rd

One job, start to finish

This is the request from above — whichever trade it lands as, it takes the same trip. Watch it move through Pixel Dispatch: every stage lives on one record, so nothing gets retyped, lost in a thread, or reconciled later.

Stage 01 — Request

The request lands filed, not forwarded

The form on your website writes straight into your lead inbox: contact, service, address, and dates attached to a job record from the first second. AI drafts first-pass notes on lead chats so you respond faster.

New request
Stage 02 — Schedule

On the calendar, on the crew

Availability, team assignment, and SMS reminders come from the same record. The crew sees the address, access notes, and package — not a forwarded text chain.

Scheduled
Stage 03 — Work

Walk the job. Photos become the punch list.

On site, the checklist is the work, and photos turn into to-dos with before/after proof. The job thread carries the messages and documents too — access codes, plans, crew updates — attached to the work, not lost in a group text.

In progress
Stage 04 — Invoice

The invoice knows the job

Deposits, balances, and payment links run through your own Stripe account, tied to the job — and the final files ship as a transfer that stays locked until the balance clears. No separate billing tool, no chasing, no releasing work before it's paid for.

Paid
Stage 05 — Follow-up

The follow-up sends itself. The record keeps.

A review request goes out when the job closes. The photos, messages, invoice, and history stay on the record — so the next job from this client starts warm, not from scratch.

Running under every stage

The whole conversation stays on the job

Client SMS

Reminders, updates, and replies go out by text — and land back on the job record, not in someone's personal phone.

Team + job threads

Internal chat for the crew and a thread per job, with photos and documents attached where the work is.

Meeting rooms

Built-in video rooms with webcam and desktop sharing — walk a remote estimate or review proofs together, guests join by link, no separate meeting app.

Files on the record

Uploads support the job from walkthrough to closeout, and final delivery ships as a transfer that unlocks when payment clears.

Built job-first, not industry-first

Same record, different trades

The job record — request, schedule, tasks, invoice, follow-up — is the same shape whether the work is a portrait session or a furnace estimate. Media proofing is a module, not the definition.

Photography teams get the deepest toolkit today — proofing galleries, client selects, licensing terms, and delivery that unlocks on payment. Home services and creative teams run on the same core record as those verticals open up.

The front door

A real website, not a widget

Every Pixel Dispatch business gets a public website that feeds the system behind it — edited in Website Studio, hosted with everything else. One roof, not another ecosystem to manage.

  • Booking that qualifies the lead — service, date, add-ons, and deposit collected before the job is even created.
  • Service pages, galleries, and SEO settings you edit yourself — publish a change without a developer.
  • Visitor chat lands in your inbox — website questions route to the same messages view as jobs and SMS.
  • Your domain, your call — connect one you already own, buy one right in Website Studio, or forward from your current site.
  • AI-assisted setup drafts your business profile, service catalog, and site wording. You approve every word before it goes live.

And the website is included, not required. Some teams run Pixel Dispatch for the job workflow, file transfers, messaging, and invoicing — and keep the site they already love. It's there when you want it.

Questions, answered straight

Anything else, ask us directly — a person answers.

What is Pixel Dispatch?

A single system for service businesses: a public website with booking and lead capture, connected to the workspace that runs the work — scheduling, job tracking, team and client messaging, Stripe invoicing, delivery, and review follow-up.

Who is it for today?

The deepest fit right now is photography and property media — proofing galleries, client selects, licensing, and payment-gated delivery are all live. The core job record works for any service business, and home services and creative verticals are next on the roadmap.

I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?

No — the website is included, not required. Plenty of teams run Pixel Dispatch for the job workflow, file transfers, messaging, and invoicing and keep the site they have. When you want the site connected, you can point a domain you own at it, buy one in Website Studio, or forward from your current site.

How do payments work?

You connect your own Stripe account. Invoices, deposits, and payment links are created from the job, and payment status stays tied to it — delivery can stay locked until the balance clears. Card data never touches our servers.

How secure is my data?

HTTPS everywhere, Supabase authentication, and tenant-scoped row-level security so each business’s data is isolated at the database layer. Stripe handles all card processing.

Is it ready for production use?

Core flows — website, booking, jobs, messaging, invoicing, delivery — are live and in use today, but the product is still moving quickly. Early access means close support and fast iteration; if you need a locked-down platform that never changes, it may still be early.

Can I run more than one business on it?

Yes. Each business gets its own workspace with separate clients, jobs, website, and settings. Each workspace needs its own subscription.
